What is ZeroKaata’s 7 days return and exchange policy?

ZeroKaata’s 7 days NO QUESTION ASKED RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY gives you an option to return or exchange jewellery purchased from ZeroKaata for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item.

If you received a damaged product or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, ZeroKaata is pleased to offer a return within 7 days of your order’s arrival.

Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging with intact brand tag, and must be in the same condition as when it was received. Please take adequate measures to preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. Used merchandise cannot be returned.  

Sale items and items purchased using a promotional offer cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

What is No Asked Return Policy?

Once you create a return via Mobile/ Desktop website as per the returns policy, we will ensure a quick and easy return/exchange experience for you, without any questions asked.

Our delivery agents may perform a simple quality check at your doorstep and upon acceptance of the return; your refund will be initiated immediately once we receive the product in our warehouse.

  

To return a product to ZeroKaata, please follow these steps

You can return the jewellery purchased from ZeroKaata within 7 days of receiving the product. 

  1. In order to initiate a return or exchange process, write to us at info@zerokaata.com along with your order number and the reason for your return request. You can also reach out to our customer service desk at +91-8920578655
  2. In case you received the damaged product, please click a clear picture (showing the damage) of the product and share it with us. You can email the picture at info@zerokaata.com or whatsapp the same at +91-8920578655.
  3. Our CRM representative will touch base with you to confirm your request, thereby initiating a return process from our end.
  4. A pick-up service will be arranged for you at the address specified for the return process. The product will be picked up within 2 days of initiating the return request. Make sure that you place the product in a packet. Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed with all the tags intact.
  5. Once we get the returned product, a refund will be initiated from our end. The expected amount will be reflected in your bank account within 3-4 business days.

 Please Note:

  1. The customer is required to submit the details of his/her bank account (in which the expected account will be refunded). In order to submit the details, write to us at info@zerokaata.com or call us at +91-8920578655.
  2. In case of COD orders, the entire amount including the COD charges (60 INR) will be refunded to the customer’s bank account. However, if you’re returning the partial order, COD charges (60 INR) will be not refunded.  

 

How do I place a return request on ZeroKaata?

How can I self-ship to ZeroKaata?

If your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the return item via any reliable courier partner. For all self-shipped returns, you will be duly reimbursed the shipping costs.

Please ensure to place a sheet of paper with the details of Order ID for each item included in the package.

 

How do I return multiple products in a single order?

If you are self-shipping the products, you can ship all the products in a single shipment. Please mention the Order ID on a single sheet of paper and place it inside the packet. If the mode of return is Pickup, our courier person will pickup the products from the pickup address.

 

How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?

Once we receive the product in our warehouse, the expected amount will be reflected in the customer’s bank account within 3-4 business days.

Shipping and Order Tracking

 

What is ZeroKaata’s Shipping Policy?

For India: The order will be delivered to your doorstep free of cost. If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any COD charges, if paid online.

Outside India: For International orders, the customer is required to pay 1000 INR as the shipping charges.

 

How do I check the status of my Order?

The status of your order and its tracking details are sent to you via an email on your registered email id. Please visit the link mentioned in the email to check the status of your order.

You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account. Please tap on “My Orders” under main menu section of the website.

 

Why didn’t I get any confirmation against my placed order?

 In such a case, the customer has to verify a few details mentioned below: 

  • Confirm the recipient email address entered is correct. In case of any correction required, please write to us at info@zerokaata.com or call us at +91-8920578655.
  • Confirm that the email is not in your Spam/Junk inbox.

Is COD available?

Yes, COD is available India for which the customer is required to pay 60 INR along with the order amount.

For International Orders, COD is not available.

 

When will I receive my order?

Once dispatched from our warehouse, your order will reach you within 4-5 business days.

Does ZeroKaata deliver products outside India?

Yes, we deliver products outside India. The shipping charges for international orders are 1000 INR.

  

What are the acceptable Payment methods for domestic and international orders?

 For India: Paytm, PayU (Freecharge, Airtel money, Ola money), American Express, COD (60 INR charges)

Are Nose pins, Anklets and Toe rings available at ZeroKaata?

No, currently we do not sell nose pins, anklets and toe rings.

How can I purchase ZeroKaata Gift Card?

To purchase ZeroKaata Gift card, please follow below mentioned steps:

  1. Click on Gift Card option on ZeroKaata
  2. Select the Gift Card value
  3. Then, on 'Buy Gift Card' option
  4. Enter recipient email address
  5. Make payment online (COD is not available for Gift Card)
  6. On successful payment, the Gift Card details will be sent to the registered email address.

 

I just received a ZeroKaata Gift Card. How do I use it?

For making a purchase with your Gift Card on ZeroKaata website simply enter the coupon code (shared in an email with you) at the checkout page. The purchase amount will be deducted from your Gift Card's available balance.

 

What should I do if, I have not received the e-mail that had Gift Card details?

 In such a case, the customer has to verify a few details mentioned below:

What happens if I need to return something I purchased with my Gift Card?

In such cases, the customer will not receive the refund amount, instead, a coupon code equivalent to the Partial or full return amount will be shared with the customer.
